Welcome To Consular Corps Sindh Pakistan       Consular Corps Sindh Karachi is a representative body of Sindh, Pakistan based Honorary Consuls and Consul Generals. The organization is duly registered with the Government of Sindh vide Registration No. PAR/KAR/REGN/010/2009 after approval from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In October 2008, Consular Corps Sindh Karachi was given membership by the World Federation of Consuls (FICAC), a representative body of Honorary Consuls and Consul Generals of the world.

			Message Of :       Mr. Sartaj Aziz.       Adviser to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on National Security and Foreign Affairs               I would like to felicitate the Honorary Consular Corps of Sindh for its Commendable initiative to publish a Diplomatic Directory of the Honorary Consuls/Consul General representing various countries in Pakistan.               Honorary Consular Corps is an important body. Besides their Representational status and consular functions and citizen services, Honorary Consuls/Consul Generals play an important role in the promotion of trade and Investment between Pakistan and the countries they represent. This is of special Importance for countries which do not have a resident mission in Pakistan.               Improving and expanding Pakistan’s commercial and economic cooperation With the international community constitutes a priority foreign policy objective of the present government. I believe the Honorary Consular Corps can make a valuable contribution in achieving this goal.               I wish the Honorary Consuls/Consul Generals and the Honorary Consular Corps of Sindh continued success in carrying out their functions.

			Message Of :       Hon. Arnold Foote O.J., C.D., J.P.       President - World Federation of Consuls               I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Directors and members of the World Federation of Consuls, to congratulate the Consular Corps Sindh for publishing its first Diplomatic Directory of the Hon. Consuls/Consuls General representing various countries in Pakistan.               The World Federation of Consuls was established in Copenhagen in October 1982 as the Federation Internationale des Corps et Associations Consulaire (FICAC) to bring together Consular Corps and Consular Associations to share experiences and to coordinate efforts to enhance the effectiveness and status of the Consul.               The Federation enjoys United Nations recognition as an NGO with ECOSOC Status. We have similar recognition at the European Union and we are also recognized by the Organization of American States.               The World Federation of Consuls has achieved international recognition, credibility and influence. Today our Federation has over 90 country members, associations and affiliated members with several thousand individual Consul members.               The practice of mutual respect and adherence to the principles recognized in the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963 will continue to guide the promotion of Consular Cooperation in each member country.               The World Federation of Consuls congratulates and thanks the Consular Corps Sindh for the excellent contribution it has made and continues to make to the activities of the Federation, and for representing Pakistan internationally with distinction.               The World Federation of Consuls wishes the Consular Corps Sindh continued success in the future.

			Message Of :       Dr. Mirza Ikhtair Baig, TI       Hon. Consul General Of Republic Of Yemen & Dean, Consular Corps, Sindh, Karachi, Pakistan Chapter.               Its my pleasure to pen down my message as the Founding President of Hon. Consular Corps Sindh, the apex representative body of the Honorary Consuls / Consuls General in Sindh, Pakistan. Hon. Consular Corps Sindh was incorporated in October 2008 with the Government of Sindh with approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan and was given same year membership of the World Federation of Consuls (FICAC), a representative body of the Honorary Consuls and Consuls General of the World. Its truly an honour that I have been elected on the Board of Directors of World Federation of Consuls for last 6 years representing Pakistan at this august body. I would like to thank Hon. Arnold Foote, President WFC for their support to CCSK.               There are more than 90 countries represented in Karachi, the industrial and commercial hub of Pakistan, by their Honorary Consuls / Consuls General actively engaged to enhance bilateral trade and investment between Pakistan and their respective countries under Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963.               Hon. Consular Corps Sindh Pakistan has the honour to compile the first Members Directory and Website of all the Honorary Consuls / Consuls General in Pakistan and hope it will facilitate communication between the members and their interaction with the private sector to achieve the desired objectives.               I wish Hon. Consular Corps Sindh Pakistan all the success in their endeavour to serve the diplomatic fraternity of Pakistan.

Secretary General & Treasurer - CCSK               On behalf of the Directors and Members of the CCSK, its gives me immense pleasure to congratulate Dean, Dr. Mirza Ikhtair Baig of Consular Corps Sindh, Karachi & Director of World Federation of Consuls on successful launching of Diplomatic Website & Directory of the Honorary Consuls/Consul Generals of Pakistan.       This will help with coordination and communication between the members for more in depth interaction to make this a solid forum. Today we are proud to say that we are present in over 90 country members, associations and affiliated members with additional several thousand individual Consul Members.       Consular Corps Sindh, Karachi shall endeavor to facilitate and improve trade and bilateral relations. Their continued efforts for development of communications in all areas shall go a long way to assist foreign services and mission.       My special appreciation to the members who have participated from the Consul Corps Sindh, Karachi for their contribution and also wish our Federation continued success in future.
